Terms of Service

Services are supplied by Citysector Partners Limited under the applicable proposal, order, statement of work, contract or other agreed terms. No public webpage by itself creates authority for the company to spend client funds, sign on a client's behalf or undertake regulated activity.

Completion and evidence

Service completion, transaction completion and payment entitlement are determined from the applicable agreement and supporting evidence. Material obligations and exceptions remain subject to the governing contract and applicable law.

Liability and disputes

Any specific liability, warranty, dispute, termination and jurisdiction provisions are those contained in the applicable agreement. Nothing on this page excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
