Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rights depend on the applicable agreement and whether work has started or been completed.

Before work starts

A customer may request cancellation by contacting Citysector Partners Limited. Any charges, deposits or committed third-party costs are handled according to the applicable agreement.

After work starts

If work has started, cancellation may be subject to charges for work already performed, committed resources or non-recoverable third-party costs where the applicable agreement permits.

After completion

A completed service is not treated as cancelled. Any refund or dispute request is handled under the published refund and dispute policy and the applicable contract.
